Challenge:
The event required full branding from scratch, under a very short deadline. It had to honor the heritage of AlUla and still feel fresh and engaging for a diverse audience. Coordinating with multiple teams (client, production, print vendors) across different time zones added pressure to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
